Color Theory and It's Applications

Share a nice lunch with other green-minded architects, designers, engineers and contractors.
All are welcome to attend.

Please join Feras Irikat, Design Director for Oceanside Glasstile and Mandala, as he examines the impact of light, vision and texture on color in the design environment. Feras will lead a presentation outlining the basics of color theory and psychology followed by an engaging discussion of how materials such as wood, textiles, glass and ceramics are fully integrated to create and define cohesive, beautiful spaces.

Color is like a language, for it’s one of our most basic means of communication. To achieve the best results in use of color, it must be understood as well as experienced. In this course participants will be introduced to the basic dynamics of color, it’s principles, fundamentals and applications.

You will learn:
-How to use color combinations effectively

-What color combinations to consider when designing an outdoor space
-Current color trends in home design
-Color psychology

Presented by Oceanside Glass Tile
